Nimble Thimblers – November 28th

he Nimble Thimblers guild will be offering a lecture by Cathy Racine, Owner/Operator of The Charlton Sewing Center, which has been in business for over 30 years. Cathy has had a long career as teacher, lecturer and mechanic for vintage sewing machines, as well as dealer for Bernina and Pfaff.

On Tuesday, November 28th, Cathy will talk about Thread, Needles and Tension.  Join us for an informative and humorous lecture through this sometimes “tension creating” area of quilting.  Cathy will have some of her “favorite things” for sale and answers to your questions.

Our meetings begin at 7pm, doors open at 6:30pm. We meet at the Crystal Community Center located at 77 Preston St. in Wakefield.
