What We Enjoy Doing
Our Annual Activities vary from year to year but include Block of the Month, Mystery Quilt, Fat Quarter Raffle, Raffle Basket, Raffle Quilt, Charity Projects and either a Quilt Show or a Quilt Auction. We have several speakers and vendors through the year from September to June. Show & Tell takes place each month. Membership is open to all who want to come and socialize, learn, and share the love of quilting. Guests are Welcome.
North Parish Quilters blossomed from an adult education quilting class into an informal teaching group led by Lucy LeGrow in the late 1970’s. The Group of twelve members was chartered in 1981 and met as a closed group in members’ homes. When the first public meeting was held on September 10, 1982, with Helen Eisesnhaure as President, membership instantly grew to twenty-five. A number of the twelve original members are still active members of North Parish Quilters.
Dues are $30; Seniors 60 years of age and older $25;
Guest Fee is $3 per month and $5 when there is a speaker
